We’ve been using OPTIS Color Swatch for our Shopify store, and it has worked perfectly for what we needed. Absolutely amazing experience! This app is honestly one of the best I’ve used — they helped me with everything, step by step. I just installed and had Cassie help me set it up. Super helpful to get immediate attention to help me. I wanted image swatches as my theme does not offer and this app crushed it...Fast and easy to get up and running. Lovin this app so far!!

While there are limits to what I can customize myself, it's helpful that dedicated support staff handle it for me. However, I feel that expanding the scope of customization available to users would be beneficial for everyone involved.

I really enjoyed using the Optis app. It was super easy to set up, and the design looks amazing on my site — clean, professional, and exactly what I needed. This App is exactly, what i was looking for. Really good design options an a great support. And for now it is completely free and have more/better options than Apps with paid plans.

UNMATCHED Customer Support and a Powerful App! I use this application to manage product variants on my site, and it does the job perfectly. Not only is the app free and easy to use, but it's the technical support that makes it absolutely essential. I have rarely encountered such a responsive and effective team. I needed help displaying the variants on my collection page; they fixed the issue while I was sleeping! That is a level of service I never would have imagined!!!! Later, I ran into another display problem on my collection (related to a different element). Their team diagnosed and corrected the situation in less than 3 hours. Their speed is astonishing, and the quality of their help is professional and attentive.
