update: Was very happy all this while and suddenly yesterday night my app got deleted as i was using the free version and now for the same thing i have to pay the charges. Pathetic it is, alteast a company should send the mails to customers and the app is now got to get paid, kindly pay or the app will be removed. All of a sudden it was a nightmare that the cart is switched back to the normal shopify cart, and on asking the team, they are telling no one deleted it as a ghost out of nowhere logged into my shopify account and did this, there is not even a trace of activity in the log. Very honestly, my work is still under process, the team is onto it. But this review is moreover for the support and effort they are putting in. I had been using UPCART which costed me 12000 approx every month. I am switching to this app due to its free of cost and had almost 20 changes which i required for my design, fonts, etc And i am really astonished to see the kind of support i am getting from this team. I hope it really works out at the end. and even it does not comes out to be working like that, i will still be satisfied with the efforts this team put in.

Our app transitioned from a free version (V1) to a paid version (V2) on February 24, 2025. This change was publicly announced on our Shopify App Store listing and an email was sent later to you about the update. Regarding the app removal, we want to confirm that Opus does not have access to uninstall apps from merchant stores. Typically, any uninstall action is recorded in the Shopify Admin Activity Log, and we have found it not from our side.
