Instead of ignoring my special request, Opus went above and beyond to fix my issue. I have a subscription company, and the upsell only allowed one time product upsells. They were able to connect with my subscription app devs, dig into the shopify documention, and enable upsells to subscriptions. Communicated clearly and resolved my issue. A++
