This is by far the best cart upsell plugin we've used. After using another cart-upsell plugin (MC), we had no support and the cart was giving away way too much for free. Allowing our customers to get free gifts, plus use coupons and we got told there was no way to fix it. We paid around $20 AUD per month for the plugin, but we decided to give Opus a go and WOW, it's free and the support from Vivian has been nothing short of amazing. Vivian has been so attentive and follows up to see how we went with implementing some work-around ideas she had so we can make Opus work for the gifting system we have. Nothing was too difficult and instead of saying "our app won't do that" she found alternative solutions for us. Our cart upsell now works perfectly and we couldn't be more happy. Thank you Vivian for your help - you're an asset to Opus :) and thanks to Opus for creating a great, user-friendly app
