LederGlück Manufaktur review for Opus Cart Upsell Cart Drawer

I was just trying the free version to enable some upselling items directly in the cart drawer. And it works perfectly! I had to change the app for my product optoins though, because mine (as most of available product options apps) was not compatible with Opus, leading to problems during checkout. I'm using the Avis Product Options App now, and this works perfectly together with Opus). Also, if you want to track the analytics to know how many upsells this app generates from your cart drawer, you have to accept that there is a property added to your upsold products that gets displayed on the customer order confirmation notification (email) etc. that looks like this: "__cd_opus_UpSell: xxxxxxx". Apparently, they can remove it for you, but then there is no way to track the number of upsells on the App's dashboard, which would be bad too. This is important to know and to inform yourself about beforehand. Other than that, the support from the team, especially from LULLA during my European evening time, was an outstanding experience, really. I never experienced a customer success agent as motivated like her. I'm still amazed by her way to help me: She was not only reacting instantly, guiding me through some special settings that I overlooked at a first glance, but she also checked my shop's frontend on her own and came up with some great ideas for CSS coding to match the Opus Upsell Cart Drawer's look & feel with the rest of my shop (e.g., making the button's corners rounded, and applying the same font family as I have in my shop). The crazy thing about it: I did not even ask for it! LULLA simply noticed this room for improvement on the fly, and she suggested to apply the needed CSS code. When I gladly accepted this idea, she implemented it within a single minute. Overall, a fantastic service and very useful app - highly recommended!
