I reached out because my branding colors looked fine in the editor but odd on the phone preview. Lindsey asked for screenshots, tested a couple settings with me, and helped narrow it down without making me repeat the whole story. She was friendly and dedicated the entire time. My already feels much closer to our my and the support was genuinely easy to deal with.

Thanks to Lindsey helped us with the preview, color settings and a customized my app. Every step was easy to understand and she remembered what we were trying to achieve. It was especially nice because we don't have a technical person on staff.

Couldn't figure out why my updated header wasn't showing in the version I was testing. Lindsey helped me check the preview and understand what to refresh before trying again. She also sent a short summary so I could share it with a teammate. Very thoughtful touch. Support made a frustrating little issue feel easy, which is exactly what I hope for with an app tool. It's the little follow-up details that make the service feel thoughtful
