CannyCo Europe review for Geolocation ‑ Orbe

We have 4 stores serving markets in the UK, USA/Canada, EU and Australia/NZ. We could see from our analytics and Google search results that customers were finding their way onto the wrong store for their territory and were abandoning their cart because the store they were on did not ship to them. We have a complex set up as one site (EU) is multilingual and after much research of alternatives, settled on the Orbe Plus plan. The app is easy to set up, functions perfectly, is customisable and has fixed our geolocation issues. But where they really stand out is the top notch level of customer service and attention.
