App does what is supposed to do. The team is extremely professional. They will jump into and help you set up everything as you'd like. Support is by far the best and more professional support I've seen from Shopify apps. They will make sure that things are taken care on time and also follow up and make sure that their clients test everything before closing any tickets. I moved away from Transcy to Orbe due to Transcy being non-compliant with Google SEO guidelines, and I wouldn't go back. I don't know if there are other good geolocation apps out there, but I definitely struggle to find such professionalism as Orbe team shows within Shopify community. Highly recommended!

Orbe and its support team are fantastic! The app lets us easily customize the popup to match the user’s language, exactly what we needed for a seamless shopping experience to guide our international users.

Best geolocation app out there! We were having many issues with Shopify's free geolocation app and since we switched to Orbe we have been able to solve all those issues. We have different expansion stores and even different languages in one of those stores, and with Orbe we are able to direct all the traffic to the correct site at all times. Super easy to use and if you have any questions, their support will help you solve everything fast. Highly recommend this app!

Geolocation - Orbe: works perfectly on all international markets. Technical support responded immediately (Saturday afternoon) after my request to verify the configuration I performed. I really appreciate Mateo's technical expertise and availability even outside of service hours. I highly recommend Orbe to those looking for an excellent solution to increase their sales on international markets.
