La app cumple todas mis necesidades y es muy "user friendly". Tiene muchas opciones de configuración por lo que cubre todos los escenarios posibles en los que te puedas encontrar. Otra cosa a destacar es la atención al cliente, es de 10, te ayudan en todo, son rápidos... la aconsejo 100%

La aplicación funciona de maravilla, probé otras y finalmente nos decantamos por Orbe ya que estaba mucho mejor optimizada y el equipo de atención al cliente nos ha acompañado en todo momento con todas las dudas que teníamos, resolviéndonos todo. Así que la recomendamos al 100%

We have 4 stores serving markets in the UK, USA/Canada, EU and Australia/NZ. We could see from our analytics and Google search results that customers were finding their way onto the wrong store for their territory and were abandoning their cart because the store they were on did not ship to them. We have a complex set up as one site (EU) is multilingual and after much research of alternatives, settled on the Orbe Plus plan. The app is easy to set up, functions perfectly, is customisable and has fixed our geolocation issues. But where they really stand out is the top notch level of customer service and attention. Luis and Roberto really know their stuff, are 100% attentive and responsive and willing to go that extra mile, including on matters not directly related to Orbe’s remit. For the improved functionality and avoidance confusion for our customers, the Orbe Plus plan is worth every cent. If you’re looking for an elegant solution to multi-site, multi territory customer redirection and satisfaction, look no further. These guys have the solution you need.

Our company loves this app, and the service it priovides! We really needed an application to combine two stores, have custom messaging, and Geo-IP functionality. We've had measured improvements - less confused customers for our customer service team, increased traffic to the proper regions, increased international sales - we are so satisfied. Also, Orbe's customer service is top notch. They are super quick at answering questions, even during the super busy black friday period. Very thoughtful - they pproactively followed up with development team after a service request was finished. We can't recommend this company enough!
