Innonic Upsell Recommendations

I would never recommend any ap by this company. They stopped updating the ap and it started doing weird things. I tried to update, but it wouldn't and I had to contact the developer. I got very rude responses and then found up they no longer use the ap. I asked why they didn't contact me and this is the response I got: We are not required to notify our users if we decide not to develop further features. Our approach is fully aligned with Shopify's policies. Notifications to users are only necessary when an app is being shut down, in which case they must be informed multiple times, weeks before the planned shutdown date. That is not our situation; we have simply completed the planned development for the app. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings. Hi, this app did not work out for me so I ended up installing. Can you let me know if any code is leftover that I need to manually remove?

Basically a good app with a very simple interface that is easy to set up. Unfortunately, I notice long loading times in my store and the recommendations load only seconds after the page is already loaded. This is just way too slow and makes the whole page/store look very sluggish. I had good experiences with the support, but they have no solution to the slow loading times. I hope that it will be optimized because free apps that are so simple and good have almost none.

I use this app and it's a great way to have your products viewed as customers are viewing your page. It's worth trying.

It was okey in the beggining, then stop displaying in my site. Also the recommendations type isn't working.

Has been stuck on "We are syncing your data. Please wait, this could take 5 to 60 minutes." for days. Submitted numerous support requests and have all been ignored.

Al parecer todo esta bien, pero quiero saber si los productos sugeridos si tienen rotación y en que se basan, la utilice hace algún tiempo pero nunca cambiaron los productos.

We think the app is distracting but we cannot be sure, we had a few clicks ...the products selected as best sellers are not really our best sellers, we contacted customer service ...we were told the issue is resolved but it wasn't. To this day, we don't know how to utilize this app.
