Horrendous customer service. A customer received an extremely poor quality 'fake' item that is absolutely disgusting (I have it here in front of me and is only fit for the bin) - I have been unable to get hold of Kakaclo. I have tried all ways of contact them - chat, emailing various addresses - no response. If using this app - you are rolling a dice. If you get a customer requesting a return (even for a damaged item) you are not going to get a refund and will be left out of pocket. Avoid - use another provider. @Shopify please sort out this app. In addition shipping takes FOREVER - but supposed to be around 5-9 days! Awful, AVOID.

I dont even know why they are still running. VERY BAD customer service all round. no replies. Takes forever to ship. I dont even know if anyone is actually running this business

My experience with Kakaclo has been very disappointing. Their customer service is slow to respond and often provides inconsistent information, making communication extremely frustrating. Additionally, they canceled several of my orders shipped to Chile without any prior notice. This lack of communication and professionalism directly affects the credibility and brand image of my business. Due to their poor handling of customer relations and unreliable operations, I do not recommend working with Kakaclo under any circumstances. Their service has proven to be unprofessional and unreliable.

I've been using Kakaclo for almost 3 years now and everything has always been smooth for the most part. Not sure whats going on now but I just had a few orders that was placed from August 25th,2025 and it's now August 30th, 2025. No orders we processed, no responses to chats nor emails, and no one is answering any of my of calls. I cancelled the orders and requested refunds and still haven't got any responses plus all orders are still in "Waiting to ship" status right now. Just went completely dark. I can see from my analytic reports that they are viewing my website every time i reach out to them yet they don't they respond! Even Shopify had to reach out to them too and I hope they are removed asap because they are just scamming now! I had to dispute the transactions with my bank and can take weeks to get my money back! I've already started consulting with a lawyer in their area! I'm from Chicago, I'm not letting nothing slide!

That’s why you’re still seeing the “waiting to ship” status on the cancelled one, but the refund is already on the way back to your payment account.
