Support is wishy-washy and gives you the run-around instead of trying to directly help you. They stated we could hop on a call and after multiple requests to schedule one, it wasn't addressed. Ultimately they couldn't provide the setup help I needed and I will find a different solution.
We tried our best to help with your unique situation + offered a call multiple times. You were asking for help about integrating with a different app (a shipping app), we gave you advice based on what has worked for other users with similar intentions. Support answered all questions promptly within standard business hours, was polite and gave the best answers based on your input. Order Automator was functioning 100% correctly. We offered a phone call with our lead developer + gave you a direct solution that has worked for other users with similar integrations. The problem, as we can see in the support thread, is that a different app that was handling your fulfillment was not doing what you want. We cannot access nor control what other apps do. I'm sorry you feel frustrated, I wish you would have accepted the developer meeting offer so we could help you solve your problem together. I hope you're able to find a solution for your problem.
