This app worked great for Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Setup is straightforward and logical and has a lot more options than the native Amazon App. It also has a ton of other functionality that we will make use of in the future. Great experience with Order Automator. It was easy to set up and easy to use. There are a couple of settings that you have to get creative depending on how you want it used. I use mine to get orders from Shopify to Amazon as a secondary fulfillment center. They were also able to add a custom feature for my business very quickly.
