Absolutely fantastic app and outstanding customer service. Although the app may seem to have relatively basic customisation, you can ask Matt almost anything and he's very quick to respond and code in your requests for you. He's also said a lot of the features he's been able to customise for me will be introduced to the app shortly, making the process even simpler! Hands down the greatest feature for me is the ability to set different timers for different countries. There are a lot of apps out there that don't have this feature, which is a nightmare if you ship worldwide. Cannot recommend this app highly enough!

App is solid and has been a great addition to our store for a long time. Had a customization change I was needing help with and Mat was extremely fast and thorough with his response. Several times Mat has gotten me fixed up before I had time to respond. Thanks for the great app and support!

So far, so good! I've only had the app for a few days and Mat has already been really helpful, helping to customise the look so it meets my store branding perfectly. I was searching everywhere for an app that showed a countdown for dispatch, not delivery, and this is the only one I could find that does it properly. I does seem a little too expensive in comparison to other apps in my store, and it's still too early for me to determine whether the countdown is driving urgency in sales yet, so I will just be monitoring it closely to figure out if the cost of the app is justifiable with a potential increase in conversion rate. I will come back and update my review after a month or two of testing it to confirm whether I will be keeping it running.

The support is slow. The app lacks the ability to search for products / collections which are configured with the app. It's too cumbersome to go through the list. Also, the cart items are not always (or very slowly) updated and do not always show with the delivery date data.
