Absolutely fantastic app and outstanding customer service. Although the app may seem to have relatively basic customisation, you can ask Matt almost anything and he's very quick to respond and code in your requests for you. He's also said a lot of the features he's been able to customise for me will be introduced to the app shortly, making the process even simpler! Hands down the greatest feature for me is the ability to set different timers for different countries. There are a lot of apps out there that don't have this feature, which is a nightmare if you ship worldwide. Cannot recommend this app highly enough!

App is solid and has been a great addition to our store for a long time. Had a customization change I was needing help with and Mat was extremely fast and thorough with his response. Several times Mat has gotten me fixed up before I had time to respond. Thanks for the great app and support!

So far, so good! I've only had the app for a few days and Mat has already been really helpful, helping to customise the look so it meets my store branding perfectly. I was searching everywhere for an app that showed a countdown for dispatch, not delivery, and this is the only one I could find that does it properly. I does seem a little too expensive in comparison to other apps in my store, and it's still too early for me to determine whether the countdown is driving urgency in sales yet, so I will just be monitoring it closely to figure out if the cost of the app is justifiable with a potential increase in conversion rate. I will come back and update my review after a month or two of testing it to confirm whether I will be keeping it running.

Awesome app for displaying to customers more accurate lead times. Customer support is fantastic too. Mat helped me a number of times with various issues to display the app nicely and integrate with the theme design seamlessly. Can't recommend Order deadline enough

Incredible app for helping set the correct expectations for customers with delivery times, while also adding urgency. Their customer support is also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to help with issues even when it wasn't directly caused by the app, and ended up being more to do with what our theme developer did.

This app is great, and support is amazing. I had a query and Matt from support emailed me back quickly. Not only did he provide the solution but also explained how it works so I have been able to customise other areas as well.

This app is a must if you want to get more trust from your customer and beat the competition. If you have an inventory on your warehouse ready to be shipped anytime, then you need this. A part from the amazing functionality and stability of the app, 5 stars go also to the support, in particular Mat which he was super fast on answer to our questions.

UPDATE: Issue resolved swiftly by the developers. Thanks! Rating updated. ORIGINAL: Cannot access any settings. Page freezes as soon as you click anything, so can't even contact them. I've been trying all day, still no luck. Not great when you urgently need to make changes!
UPDATE (April 1 at 18:53): This issue has been resolved. Please try accessing the app's admin, and you should be able to navigate the admin area as normal now. Thank you. UPDATE (April 1 at 18:06): This issue appears to have been introduced by Shopify. We have received an automated email notification from Shopify stating that we should upgrade a feature of our app by January 1 2022, named Shopify App Bridge. This very recent email seems to coincide perfectly with the timing of your issue, and Shopify App Bridge is how we handle navigation within our app. We are working toward resolving this issue with Shopify, so please bare with us while we await information from Shopify. We will do all that we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Thanks Order Deadline app support team.

We have been using this Order Deadline app for about 3 months on our Shopify Plus stores now and absolutely love it. It's embedded on all 5 of our international stores - the USA store is shotkam.com/camera for anyone who wants to see the seamless integration. The app appears on our product page, buy page, and pop-out/Ajax cart. We program how long it takes to deliver to each country and when we are on holiday. Before the app, we manually changed the delivery dates each day, so this app has saved a ton of man-hours and is virtually fool-proof to use. Mat Brummit is the main developer and responds within only a few hours; he's incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and ready to grow/improve the app for our international needs.

Amazing app, let my customers know about specific deadlines for specific products which in turn saved me a lot of time on answering the same questions from customers. And the the owner, Mat, was absolutely amazing in helping me figure out how to do something a bit more advanced and complicated for my store! All in all great

If you're in any doubt about installing this app, don't be, it is first class, as is the service and support from Mat. I've been using this app for the past few months and today when I needed some help, there was Mat to fix a problem when I updated my theme. You can't really ask for much more, that's all we want from an app developer... a great product backed up with great customer service.

Ive been using this app for over a year with 1 of my stores. I recently added this app to my 2nd e-commerce brand. This time though Mat went out of his way not only to answer all my questions but he created a FULLY CUSTOM widget for me based on my criteria which included an icon and everything. I am really grateful for this help.
