Historically this app was great however the customer service via S... Y.... today has been so frustrating and disappointing. She took 5 to 10 minutes for each response then didn't take care to listen to this issue, initially writing as if she understood and then in a later message she clearly had the issue backwards, it's a simple issue that should have had a simple and quick solution. What a shame when a simple team member let's down your whole team, hopefully you can rectify the situation and restore the prior good experience I had with your company!
