We have been using the Order Fulfillment Guru app on Shopify for over a year now, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but problematic. The primary issue we've encountered is that the app fails to update inventory levels accurately and promptly. When inventory updates do occur, it can take days for the changes to reflect in the system, which significantly affects our ability to manage orders efficiently and maintain accurate stock levels. Even more frustrating is the lack of support from the app's team. We've reached out multiple times, but we seem to be constantly bounced around with no clear explanation or resolution. Each time, we're given generic responses and asked to perform the same troubleshooting steps, but nothing ever truly resolves the issue. It feels like we're getting the runaround, and it’s difficult to rely on a service that doesn't provide clear or effective support. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the Order Fulfillment Guru app. For a business that relies on smooth and timely order fulfillment, this app has caused nothing but headaches. We hope the developers can improve both the functionality and the customer service, but as of now, we cannot recommend it to others.
