I’ve been super happy with Kevin’s assistance. Getting off the ground has been challenging however diving in and being super responsive has been Kevin’s greatest strength! Guru is an awesome app and makes connections between stores so easy. Their ongoing support is undeniable!

This app is the backbone of our multi location fulfilment business. It is also the only solution I found that enabled Shopify Managed Markets to work with custom locations, but is suitable for all Shopify plans. It is HIGHLY configurable and will without any doubt meet your routing and fulfilment needs. Support is extremely fast and responsive. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Order Fulfillment Guru has been a great solution for our print-on-demand needs, allowing us to route specific POD orders to another ShipStation account. Kevin was incredibly helpful throughout the process—answering all our questions and providing excellent support. Now that everything is running smoothly, it has streamlined our workflow and made order management much more efficient. If you need a way to automate order routing, this tool is definitely worth considering!

The app so far has been very simple to set up and easy to use- almost a little too easy, I wasn't sure it would actually work! Glad to find an app that actually does what it says it will do. Works well for our needs.

We have a few suppliers that we send orders to via email for fulfillment. OFG provides a quick and easy way to send the orders for fulfillment and to track open and shipped orders. The one or two questions we have had along the way have been answer very quickly. Couldn't ask for more. Nice job.

UPDATE 4.16.2025 3 Star -> 4 Star After running the app with some updates from OFG the app seems to be running much better with inventory syncing. There are still minor things, however the major issues seem to be resolving. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 3.7.2025 1 Star -> 3 Star After over a year of working with Kevin they have made some updates to the app, while there still seems to be inventory syncing issues, the app may be on the mend. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have been using the Order Fulfillment Guru app on Shopify for over a year now, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but problematic. The primary issue we've encountered is that the app fails to update inventory levels accurately and promptly. When inventory updates do occur, it can take days for the changes to reflect in the system, which significantly affects our ability to manage orders efficiently and maintain accurate stock levels. Even more frustrating is the lack of support from the app's team. We've reached out multiple times, but we seem to be constantly bounced around with no clear explanation or resolution. Each time, we're given generic responses and asked to perform the same troubleshooting steps, but nothing ever truly resolves the issue. It feels like we're getting the runaround, and it’s difficult to rely on a service that doesn't provide clear or effective support. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with the Order Fulfillment Guru app. For a business that relies on smooth and timely order fulfillment, this app has caused nothing but headaches. We hope the developers can improve both the functionality and the customer service, but as of now, we cannot recommend it to others.

The app was very easy to set up and helps our business support both a local warehouse and drop ship business. The team are good with support but this is exclusively over email. Good value for money.

Order fulfillment Guru is a great app. We use it for a sync with a partner and it works flawlessly. Kevin is very helpful during setup. I definitely recommend this app if it meets your use case.

We have an extremely specific and complex use case for OFG building an order sharing system into the back end of our site, and were able with some work to make it work. We are happy with the results. Currently implementing some further improvements after a helpful one on one chat as well. Straightforward to use, and responsive support team.
