We were looking for an app to help us automate our fulfillment process and Order Fulfillment Guru has been working really well for us! The support team is extremely hands-on and accommodating, and assisted us with our many requests. We work with a lot of small businesses, so they've also been enjoying how they can fulfill orders autonomously.

We've been searching for years for a solution to automate prioritizing fulfillment flows between our warehouse and multiple brick and mortar locations. Fantastic app! No two ways about it, they have helped grow our business and allowed us to reach out to drop-shippers and completely streamline the entire wholesale side of things. App works great to push some of our orders to a 3PL warehouse to save on shipping costs and reduce lead times. Kevin at Cork Labs was fantastic on a scheduled Zoom call to make sure we configured it correctly.

Say, I receive an order fulfillment request from another store, the order value is $50. But the product price for a reseller is $25 so then how can I receive payments of $25 from a reseller for the price of the products?

We are loving Fulfillment Guru! The app is easy to set up, it saves our team time and orders are more accurate. We used to send drop ship orders manually, which left room for human error and the labels were created right away even if the item wasn't shipping yet, which caused customer confusion. High recommend! Also, the customer service is great. I had a lot of questions and they answer the, fast and accurately.

Leaving two 5 star reviews as we had 2 'child stores' created, to overcome the challenges we were facing with getting Shopify to be able to know which orders to send to which of our warehouses. This app has solved the problem and removed the stress of our main US warehouse having to manually push orders through to our UK warehouse. Thank you to all at Cork Labs for working hard behind the scenes so that we don't have to.

Total lifesaver! We have two fulfillment partners who need to be sent emails with packing slips attached and struggled to figure out how to do this for four months. I booked an intro call with Cork, explained the situation, and we were up and running in less than an hour. LOVE that they offer White Glove installation, which is great for someone like me who knows what we need but not how to do it.

Dean has been incredibly helpful in setting up a complex multi country/warehouse system. A great app and they could not have been more helpful in helping us understand the system and setting all the routing, especially for a non-techy person. Simply brilliant.
