Dean has been incredibly helpful in setting up a complex multi country/warehouse system. A great app and they could not have been more helpful in helping us understand the system and setting all the routing, especially for a non-techy person. Simply brilliant.

This app has literally automated my entire order process. I don't have to sent each order to my distributor. The app does it for me. Major game changer and saves me so much time. I can be on vacation and feel comfortable that all my orders are being sent to my distributor and then to my customers. Thank you so much!

I operate a new dropshipping business. I had started by manually sending orders to suppliers, receiving tracking info by return of mail, and then copying/pasting tracking info into Shopify = totally unsustainable. This app has saved me hours already; it sends the orders straight to suppliers, they can see all orders in one place and then upload tracking info there which gets sent straight to customer. I've been in touch with Claire from support a few times and some of the improvements suggested have already been implemented. Great app and only getting better!

Fulfillment Guru is an amazingly powerful, yet exceptionally simple to use, order routing app. We started working with third-party fulfillment centers and needed to split up orders and route products to the correct shipping accounts, and Fulfillment Guru let us do that with ease. On top of that, their customer service is second to none. And I mean that. I requested a specific feature get added, and not only did they follow through, but they have also been so patient in answering all of my questions. 5+ Stars. Would recommend to EVERYONE that has more than just basic shipping and fulfillment needs.
