Hey Paper review for IssueDesk

I truly cannot recommend IssueDesk enough. Not only is it extremely affordable, it’s super user friendly, the support team are so fast with responses, and its developers actually care for its users and take suggestions and feedback seriously. The new option to add attachments to issues is flawless, and being able to configure categories, statuses and add custom fields is great!
