You can't cancel the trial. This should be illegal

Hey there, Thank you for your feedback, and sorry for any confusion about the trial period. You can cancel the trial at any time by simply uninstalling the app. Since we use Shopify's billing system, uninstalling automatically cancels the pending charge, so you won't be billed.
