This app has made us lose over $6,000. They were DUPLICATING our orders instead of merging them. We found out about this bug, reached out to them with ZERO response on their part. We escalated the issue to Shopify, and TrioM didn't even reply to them. I honestly have no words for how poorly the situation was handled.
We are deeply sorry for this experience and the significant financial impact it had on your business. This is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take full responsibility for both the technical issue and our poor communication response at the time. Since this incident, we have: - Completely rebuilt our order processing system to prevent duplication - Implemented multiple safeguards and testing protocols - Established a dedicated support system with guaranteed response times - Created a compensation process for merchants affected by app errors We understand that our previous lack of response was unacceptable. Under our new management and support structure, this would never happen again. We now respond to all support requests within 24 hours maximum. While we cannot undo what happened, we would very much like the opportunity to make this right.
