I had a terrible experience with this app. Due to some issue on their end, they decided to give my item away for free without my consent, causing me to lose $512! I had no choice but to cancel the order, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. This app is unreliable, and I definitely *do not recommend* it to anyone. Stay away if you value your time and money!

However, we're concerned there may be a misunderstanding about what occurred, as Order Merger does not have the capability to modify product pricing or "give items away for free." Our app only merges existing orders together - it cannot change product prices, apply discounts, or modify payment amounts.
