We tried another order merger app that caused more problems for us than it solved. After doing more research, we found the Order Merger app which met all of our requirements (and then some). We scheduled an onboarding call with Tom who carefully listened to our requirements and then assisted us to configure the Order Merger app to meet all of our needs. Tom did a great job explaining the various features and configuration options in the Order Merger app and the customer order editing option as well.
