The Smart SMS Notification app provides ecommerce merchants with the ability to keep customers updated on order tracking through SMS notifications. Merchants can choose from three SMS providers: Gupshup, Pinnacle, or Vconnect, and must set up an account with the selected provider to configure message settings. The app requires entering API credentials, including the account username and password of the chosen provider, for sending order details to customers.
