The Smart SMS Notification app provides order notifications through SMS to keep customers updated with order tracking. Merchants can choose from three SMS providers: Gupshup, Pinnacle, or Vconnect, and must set up an account with the selected provider to configure message settings. API credentials from the provider are required for setup and approval of the sender ID.
