The Smart SMS Notification app provides ecommerce merchants with the ability to keep customers updated on order tracking through SMS notifications. Merchants can easily send order details to customers using this app, but they need to set up an account with one of three SMS providers: Gupshup, Pinnacle, or Vconnect. API credentials from the chosen provider are required for configuration.
