The Smart SMS Notification app provides order notifications to keep customers updated with order tracking through SMS. Merchants can send simple messages to customers regarding order details after setting up an account with one of the three approved SMS providers: Gupshup, Pinnacle, or Vconnect. API credentials from the selected provider are required for configuration.
