The Smart SMS Notification app provides ecommerce merchants with the ability to keep customers updated on their order tracking through SMS notifications. Merchants can easily send order details to customers using this app, but they need to set up an account with one of the three SMS providers: Gupshup, Pinnacle, or Vconnect. The app requires the merchant to enter API credentials, including the account username and password of the chosen provider, for configuring message settings.
