Nous venons tout juste de commencer avec l’application, mais l’onboarding a été tellement bien fait que nous étions opérationnels en un rien de temps. Tout est clair, fluide et efficace. Un très bon départ !

Er zijn maar twee apps voor orderpicking (Easyscan en deze) voor Shopify. We hebben beide grondig getest en gekozen voor deze omwille van de uitzonderlijk snelle en goede support. De app doet wat het moet doen, rechttoe rechtaan, zonder franjes. We picken nu per 10 bestellingen, wat behoorlijk wat tijd bespaart en het aantal fouten is bijna tot nul herleid.

We’ve been using the Orderpicking App for a few weeks now, and I’ll be honest — the start wasn’t great. We rolled it out to our warehouse team too early, before everything was fully set up, which naturally led to some frustration on their side. After that, I took ownership of the setup myself, tested everything thoroughly, fixed the little issues, and made sure the workflow was exactly how we needed it. Since then, it’s been running perfectly. We’re faster, completely paperless, and most importantly: we make far fewer mistakes. That means happier customers, fewer returns, and almost no extra shipments for missing items. What really sets this app apart, though, is the support. Their WhatsApp support is exceptional — not just quick to reply, but they genuinely think along with you. They clearly have tons of hands-on experience with real-world orderpicking, and their insights were incredibly valuable when we were just getting started. Once you take the time to set it up properly, it’s a real game changer.

At first glance, I would normally never work with an app that has so few reviews – especially when some of them are negative. But I noticed that one of the positive reviews came from a company I know runs a very solid business, so I decided to reach out anyway. From there, the experience has only been positive: quick responses, proactive thinking, and real support. Our order-picking process is now running so much smoother, saving us a lot of time. If you’re looking for a reliable order-picking app, get in touch with them. You’ll thank me later.

I'm not one to leave reviews especially negative ones but this app has been extremely frustrating. We've used this app for over a year. It use to work well, but over the last 4-6 months it's become very frustrating, costly and a waste of time. It duplicates some products in orders, so staff will spend time picking 60 pieces only to find out it was 30. It doesn't clear all orders, and several more issues. We've been trying to work with the app developers and get nothing but push back and say it's not their problem. We've gone days and weeks without it working correctly costing our company lost time, productivity and money.
