I was very excited when I found this app and immediately signed up for their highest plan. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The app does not work properly with Star Printer, even after carefully following all setup instructions. This issue directly affects daily operations, which is unacceptable for a paid solution. We have already paid the monthly subscription and purchased the required license, yet the system still does not function as promised. To make matters worse, there is no refund offered for the license, despite the app not working. Overall, this has been a frustrating and costly experience. I would not recommend this app until these critical issues are properly resolved.

The app is easy to set up, the interface is clear, and everything works reliably in the background. Support is responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. I highly recommend Printerco to any store that needs a simple and efficient way to automate printing from Shopify.

PrinterCo has been absolutely amazing to work with! They built a custom app just for us that handles multiple locations and separates orders for each store. Amazing support, they helped with fully formatting the receipt even though it wasn’t compatible with my printer to start with, thank you very much this is perfect for takeaways

Bad app. They can't take critics. And the free version only is 10 orders... not 14 days

They provide both the hardware and software for printing orders/receipts . You can use your own printers or just order from them. Their software has solved a big issue for our corner shop, we needed something that connects to Shopify and automatically prints a reciept in the shop whenever an order comes through. This prints off the customer details like mobile and address, and what has been ordered. This way our staff in the shop can quickly pack and deliver locally without needing to access Shopify. There's quite a few customisation options on the receipts as well.
