probably the worst and most condescending Support team i've ever had the displeasure to have to try and talk to...

I inquired about printing/PDF formatting, specifically margins. Support told me to go look for it in two different places in the app, then immediately asked for a five star review. Guess what? There is no adjustment for margins in either location. Then I was asked again to leave a five star review by their support bot. Time to look for a new solution.

unstable and disappointed. Draft-order is now working smoothly. Freezing when reset and doesn't reflect the changes with the draft-order created within the shopify admin
