The templates are great where you can customise as per your theme to email out or print. Its very useful for the online store. However, to get the templates to work, you need to install 3 apps separately - Shopify Printer, Order Emailer and the templates so you can customise how you want. Excellent support from the developer Bjorn and I'm a happy customer.
