Excellent support. I needed a few changes made to one of their templates (to add purchase order number and payment due date) and they responded very quickly to get it resolved - on a Sunday night! From my experience, I would definitely recommend them.

Great templates! I wanted to customize the code to add extra information and the support team responded within the hour to help out! Give it a try, it's a one-time purchase and you will have a beautiful receipt/invoice to provide your customers. Can even add the receipt as a download link on the order confirmation page.

-->Don't look further... if you need templates you found the best app. This App is really the most useful we are using in our online store. Just install and you will be happy with the great templates you can use. If there is any special case, like an additional option you need to have to displayed there is a great documentation and also the gui is made really customer friendly! And last but not least: The support Team (all of them every member) are so competent to help you out within less than 24 hours. So glad to have this application running.

Awesome CS and easy how-to instructions to transfer the template to Shopify seamlessly. They were also able to make it compatible with the new Shopify order app BEFORE the old Shopify order app being discontinued (wahoo!!) We all know how important and how much of a HUGE help that was to continue using their templates and not having to find another app! A+++++ They were also able to create a specific code to add to our invoice template. Don't hesitate! Get this app :)

I've now been using these templates for 7+ years and they are well worth the expense. Their template options make it far more convenient for me to pull orders with the product photo thumbnails and can be personalized in a number of ways with all the information I need at a glance. They are set up exactly how I envisioned an invoice should look when I first started using Shopify and I was shocked wasn't available as the default. My customers really love them too and I've even had several reach out to tell me they favor them to what Shopify emails them. Customer service has also been top notch when it came to upgrading my old template to work with Shopify's recent update to their order printer app. Highly recommend!

I was a bit intimidated by the freedom to edit provided by the code editor, but the team was quite responsive in implementing the changes we needed. Daniel was patient and made a great job! I would 100% recommend

Seems like a good app so far, but you can't print commercial invoices in a different currency. If anyone needs commercial invoices for international shipping, don't waste your time. A very small app developing company added this feature for me the same day so not too sure why Forsberg + 2 can't do it.
