The functionality is dependent on the volume of orders. We cant print bulk orders as so much information is missing which leads to a high volume of picking errors. Its great if you don't have many orders, but wouldn't recommend this app for a business printing 100+ orders at a time. ** After posting this review we received the best level of personalised customer care. The tech customised our coding to enable ease of image transfer on bulk order printing. You couldn't ask for better service. THANKS so much for taking the time to resolve this.

Great App and excellent customer service! I need to customise the templates slightly to suit my business needs and the team were quick to respond and initiate the changes for me.

I don't have time to design my own templates and these were perfect for my needs. They help make my business look professional and were easy to configure. Plus the customer service is terrific. My questions were answered promptly and with great clarity. Great investment!

The templates were very easy to modify and customize. I finally have a packing slip design I can fold easily to display the address and our logo nicely. Support is also great.

Brilliant app for any shopify store, loads of customisable options and templates to choose from to get the right branding for your store. Support is exceptional with quick responses and helping to customise templates to custom specifications. Would highly recommend to all!

Second time reviewing, just updated a form and Bjorn was super helpful. Excellent app and very easy to customize and install. These templates are great and will leave a lasting impression on your clients. Very pleased with the fact that it's a one time purchase. Excellent product and perfect app. Highly recommend it.
