Order Printer Templates

Been using this app for about 8 years and needed a tweak by swapping the Bill To and Ship To positions on my custom receipt and contacted support thinking I would be lucky to hear back after 8 years and Ramon got back to me within an hour and solved the issue in minutes! Awesome app and even better customer service!

We've used this company on all three of our Shopify stores and have had great service. The app is very user friendly and they are very responsive on chat.

Has been a great app with just the general templates for the whole time we've used it. (over a year). Recently we've discovered some issues with the information visible on some of the documents for filing purposes, I reached out to the team both times via the chat and they edited the code/template both times within the same day to reflect the information we wanted to show. Very impressed with this and am now even more confident in the app!

I have to say they provide an amazing service and the app works well for my company! They spent time coding a template just to customize our needs! Thank you so much! 100 percent satisfied!!!

Wonderful support! My template request was very specific (different from provided templates), and F+2 Team managed to think of a workaround and implement it for me. Fast, responsive and great support! Can't recommend this app enough..!

I have this app for both my shops and the app is the greatest there is for templates. But even more awsome than the app itself is the support! I needed to add something manually to my code and wasn't able to do so. I had help within minutes and only had to approve the changes made by the lovely support team employee. Only love!! <3

We contacted the support team for template editing several times and they have done a splendid job each time! They were quick to respond and tried their best to tweak the templates based on our requirements within a short duration. We are so pleased with their support that we are leaving a good review which we rarely do so. Highly recommend the FORSBERG+two team!!!

My issue was responded to quickly and fixed quickly. I was also given an extra feature/ help to problem solve the future with so extra convenience was given without request. 30-11-23 Again, a very fast solution going beyond expectations.

SO responsive - willing to make any edits to templates you ask for. I worked with their team throughout the weekend which was amazing as this is sometimes the only time I have for these projects. I cannot rave about this team enough! Never change!

I recently contacted support about a tweak I wanted to make to the invoice template. The section near the bottom tallying up the total prices would be left aligned if it started at the start of a new page (it worked fine if it was anywhere else on the page so only affected some orders with multiple different items) or whatever part of this section started at the start of a new page would be left aligned while the rest on the previous page would be right aligned. Support very promptly replied with the small piece of code needed to fix this issue with clear instructions and pictures showing exactly where to put the code. You might never need to contact support but it's nice to know that you'll get good service if you ever do. I'd have liked Shopify to include some nice looking templates themselves but from what I remember you just get a basic looking invoice and packing slip. For me, it was definitely worth the 1 time purchase per template/package as they're so much more professional looking than the basic ones that you get from Shopify and you can get an invoice template. You can edit the templates and see if you like them before purchasing and then it's as simple as copy/pasting the entire code to get them working with your store after purchasing.

Great add on if you want to customize your packing slips & invoices. The set up is super easy and the team responds amazingly fast and always finds ways to help you. I'll use them for my other stores as well and can recommend them to every business.
