I would like to give more stars but I find the App although with lots of potential is hard to set up for someone without knowledge. Support did send me a link about how to set up the flows, but that was even more confusing - just images of you can set this flow up, and with 3 options A or B or C to get there, but no indication of how or what to choose. I don´t know if the App is great or not as I just feel for me I want an easier set up process.

The app only checks the past 60 days worth of data, so unfortunately isn't suitable for long-term tag management for an established store (which is what we were looking for). Customer support was prompt and informative; thanks again to Vincent for his great customer service.

The changes that were made are great, it really upgraded de app. But our business is in Chile, everything is in spanish, including the information we need to tag and all of the words that have accent marks or the letter "Ñ" (very common in spanish and names of chilean cities) dont get the rcorrect tag or don't tag at all. Changes in that matter will benefit all of your latinamerican users
