I am using Hilltech COD app since few weeks and that is working fine for my shopify store. The customer support is very good along with tech support. I recommend this app. This is working fine for my system. After instilling this app our fake order count reduced.

I’m thrilled with the HillTeck COD Verify App in my Shopify store. It has greatly reduced the complexity of managing COD orders. The app provides very user-friendly options for verifying both COD and prepaid orders, along with robust features for abandoned cart recovery and converting COD to prepaid. It’s extremely easy to use, even for Shopify website owners without any coding knowledge. The HillTeck support team is exceptional, offering call and chat assistance whenever needed. I appreciate all the HillTeck apps and their commitment to customer support. Kudos to the team!

Hillteck's COD order verification by OTP is extremely useful for our operations, enhancing security and reducing fraud. The system is easy to use and highly effective. Their support team was also amazing, providing prompt and helpful assistance whenever needed.

This app is one of the best solutions available for handling COD orders. The support team is superb and responds quickly. Benson, in particular, is always proactive in resolving any issues with priority. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I'm looking forward to new features being added in the future to further optimize COD issues for merchants. Great work, team!
