I am using Hilltech COD app since few weeks and that is working fine for my shopify store. The customer support is very good along with tech support. I recommend this app. This is working fine for my system. After instilling this app our fake order count reduced.

Excellent COD Verification Before Checkout! Hillteck's COD OTP Verification before checkout feature is exactly what we needed to reduce fake orders and increase the reliability of our cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions. The process is smooth, sending OTPs via WhatsApp or SMS before customers can complete their order. It has significantly cut down on COD fraud and helped us filter out unverified orders early. The integration with our eCommerce store was effortless, and their support team, especially Priya and Benson, have been incredible throughout the setup process. This feature has made our operations much more efficient and trustworthy, and it’s now a must-have in our system. Highly recommended for any business dealing with COD orders!

I’m thrilled with the HillTeck COD Verify App in my Shopify store. It has greatly reduced the complexity of managing COD orders. The app provides very user-friendly options for verifying both COD and prepaid orders, along with robust features for abandoned cart recovery and converting COD to prepaid.
