This app is one of the best solutions available for handling COD orders. The support team is superb and responds quickly. Benson, in particular, is always proactive in resolving any issues with priority. The pricing is very reasonable as well. I'm looking forward to new features being added in the future to further optimize COD issues for merchants. Great work, team!

I've been using this app on both of my stores, and it has proven to be the best solution for confirming COD orders. The installation, configuration, and usage are incredibly straightforward, making it very user-friendly. I've enabled the Cash on Delivery to Prepaid Banner on the Thank You Page, but it still doesn't appear for the customer.

worst experience. more than 50% customers dont get the screen for OTP. they bypass the app and no verification is done for those 50% of order. sometimes it works with other 50% of the customers. whats the use when your order verification problem doesn't solve.

Very Happy with this OTP confirmation service. Used to get some Fake Numbers and 9 or 11 numbers of mobile numbers. We are Confident over Customers now.
