Wow what a great help I received today with setting up this wonderful asset to my store. I'm so excited to get this started as I can see it will save me a lot of time and effort to get these packages out to my customers. I know they will also see that I have them in mind as I find these great apps to add to my store so that it can continue to run smoothly. So happy to have found this first class app so I can cancel my other shipping accounts.

WOW!!! This is so easy!!! I used only Ebay before Shopify and OrderCup is that missing link to Shopify to streamline shipping!!! Thanks! I also had a self induced tech support issue that they resolved (a real person walked me through the solution). LOVE THIS APP!!!!!

This app is still going strong one year later and never disappoints! But the real strength of this app is its amazing customer service team! Amazing group of people who response within minutes and are always able to walk you through any issues! Thanks to the team of OrderCup!!! 1st Review last year: Order Cup is a must for all company's using Shopify. It is a great app that you cannot run your business without. We were doing shipping manually and just able to keep up. We were fortunate to have installed Order Cup just in time to keep up with all of our orders since appearing on Shark Tank! Using Order Cup has saved us a lot of time and money. It is very easy and the support is also absolutely fantastic! This is a must app!!!

I highly recommend Order Cup. We ship hundreds of orders everyday and OrderCup allows us to process them quickly and efficiently. Their support staff is very prompt and professional whenever we run into issues or need help figuring out how to do something. OrderCup is key to the success of our business!

Excellent customer service and online support! The customer service team is very helpful and insightful as well as quick to respond. Would definitely recommend OderCup to anyone running an online store.

We have used this app for many months and have been nothing but thrilled with OrderCup. I feel like the app is worth its weight in gold and allows us to process orders in about 1/5 the time it did before. We are able to batch around 80 orders at a time with the click of a button. Support has also been incredible so I am not sure I understand the reviews mentioning bad support as that makes no sense to me. This is in my TOP 3 apps that I use with my Shopify Store.

Wow never have I received such prompt and thorough support from a company when I was still in trial mode. Support is a big deal for us as other apps we have tried have fallen short or been buggy. These guys were knowledgeable, quick and very friendly. Thanks and keep up the good work!

I have been using Ordercup for a couple years now and have been very happy with it. The customer service is great they keep you updated with new changes when you login. It saves me so much time by not having to manually type addresses out and quickly gives me my shipping price for my packages. Thank you!
