Great product, but most importantly great support. Typically, I'll get called back within an hour. I haven't had much experience with bulk shipping yet, but one-offs are extremely easy on Ordercup. I highly suggest setting up ACH so you're saving on the transaction fees, but I haven't had any qualms yet with the app. Thanks Ordercup!

I don't know how you would use Shopify without OrderCup, it's essential! We use it to ship everything, via various carriers, and it works great. Support has been extremely helpful when needed, and I highly recommend this app.

I was using Stamps.com but it did not integrate with Shopify very well at all. OrderCup provides flawless Shopify integration, and I love that you can use DHL to ship internationally for cheap. There is one flaw I am unhappy with -- the fact you cannot batch-ship international orders! Please add this feature, OrderCup! Otherwise I am very pleased with this app.

Ordercup is flawless. We ship thousands of orders a year - all via FedEx Priority Overnight and we have never had an error that was caused by Ordercup. We can print labels and invoices from 5 computers at the same time with no issues. I would recommend it to anyone that ships multiple packages a day.

This app literally has saved us hundreds of hours of cut and paste tedious labor and allows us to have less employees be way more productive, and at the same time not just faster, but more organized as well. No way I would think of running an online store without Ordercup Update 5/2/2023 10 Years later and we're still using OrderCup, the customer service is always above and beyond and any issues that arise are quickly resolved. Thank you Ed for all your help.

Ordercup is a great fulfillment app and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a fulfillment service to work directly with Shopify. Their customer service is awesome and I haven't come across any limitations!

Update: After 4 years of using OrderCup we have been absolutely thrilled with their service. The product has performed very well and if there issues, support quickly fixed them. One of our favorite Shopify Apps. OrderCup is one of those tools that just WORKS! It allowed us to take a process that used to take around 6 minutes per order down to about 15 seconds per order. In about 1/24th of the time...yes I said 1/24th.... we are able to import orders from our Shopify storefront, print shipping labels and packing slips and have the OrderCup application automatically update the orders as 'shipped' in Shopify and notify our customers of their shipment and tracking number. All this being done in about 2-3 clicks! With their new bulk shipment feature we should be able to possibly cut that time down to around 10 seconds per order. With our number of orders rapidly increasing, these time savings are HUGE! We can now offer even more great support to our awesome customers without wasting time on manual shipment imports. Very rarely do you come across a product that makes your life so much easier and that creates a great customer experience for your customers. Being able to replace our old manual shipping process with this new integrated solution with OrderCup has been a breath of fresh air. We like to align ourselves with companies that are continuing to innovate and offer new features, OrderCup has demonstrated that this is exactly the type of company they are. We started using OrderCup with the mentality of "It's free to try out so what do we have to lose?"....and now we say to each other "What in the world would we do without OrderCup???" Great product!
