I just got this software for one of my companies because we wanted to streamline our sales channels. It is easy to use, it works well and any question I needed answered or change I needed was addressed and solved quickly. I will use this software when I migrate my other business.
I've been using Orderhive for just over 2 months and everything seems to be going well. There are a few minor issues hear and there when using with Etsy but overall highly recommended.
Does everything I need it to do and if there is something that it can't do the support team usually find a way to make it happen, very helpful! Great value for the service you get back!
Using Orderhive for 1 month, all works great, some small issue happen, but superb support solve it and they always try to fit our needs , its very good for further development. And price vs features is really worth it compare with competior.

After shopping around for a while we selected OrderHive as they seemed to have all the functionality we required, at a much more affordable price than other order management systems. The technology seems fairly new as they are still developing new features, however all key features are present and working well. They've been helpful with small customisations that we've needed to make it work for our specific requirements, which I've really appreciated. Customer support is based in India, so they don't come online until the afternoon here in Australia but they're always helpful and quick to respond.
Pros: -Simple but efficient design for mutichannel inventory and price management -Sku mapping method is simple to use -AMAZING customer service support via skype Cons: -Cloud-based software is extremely slow -Search algorithm for looking up products is not the greatest -Customer Support is within India Time Zone

I dont know what the problem is with their customer service. I have been sending them messages for 3 or 4 days and can not get any reply. There is room for improvement there, it seems to me like they dont care too much about their customers' need. what a shame, it looked like a good product but when there was a sync problem , the support just disappeared .
We have improved Orderhive and customer service a lot since 2018. I would request you to try Orderhive again with Shopify Free plan and reconsider your review.
I have been using Orderhive for about 7 months now to keep my inventory in sync across ebay, amazon, and shopify. The service has been working great with just a couple of glitches along the way, but Orderhives 5 star support team seems to always be available to solve any issues that come up. And while I only use Orderhive for inventory sync, the service is full of many high end features such as printing packing slips and shipping labels, tracking shipments, inventory and sales reports and much more. They are constantly working to improve the system based on feedback and have even added requested features within a couple of days. Keep up the great work!
We are using orderhive since September as we operate with three shopify shops. After some initial problems we managed to establish a solid system together with orderhive. The customer support is great and always curious about how to upgrade their product based on our needs.
