Easy to install, customer service answered quickly to make the widget compatible with my theme and the best part is that they have a free plan, so if you are a small business you can try it out before paying a fee if you don't need to send many notifications/month. Highly recommended!

Bought the paid version then no-one in customer service respond to me for over 3 days. I'm still waiting so the app was pretty useless.

I really like this app. It's one of the most simple and straight forward apps we have. It's easy to use and actually does what it's supposed to which is unusual for Shopify apps. We have had some things that have needed sorting out by support but generally these have been dealt with fairly quickly. I am aware that the support team is very small so things might take a bit longer but then the app actually works so it's worth waiting for! Definitely recommend.

We removed the app but it still sent a spam back in stock email (their demo product) automatically to all our customers!
