Ordertracker has been very beneficial to our store. We receive less inquires for order updates now and importing tracking numbers into the system is seemless. We have not had any issues with the app and integrating it into our "order status" page was simple. It supports a wide range of carriers which is a benefit for us as we use multiple carries since we ship world wide. We recommend this app.

1. How often do you use Ordertracker? I use Ordertracker regularly, usually a few times a week, especially when I'm tracking multiple packages from different vendors. It’s really helpful for staying on top of delivery statuses. 2. Would you recommend Ordertracker? Yes, I would definitely recommend Ordertracker! It’s a convenient tool that makes tracking shipments from different carriers easy, all in one place. It’s saved me a lot of time and hassle. 3. How could we improve Ordertracker? One area for improvement could be to provide real-time push notifications for status updates, so I don't have to check the app constantly. Additionally, a feature that estimates delivery delays based on historical data would be a nice addition. that's all, Thank you
