The interface is simple and easy to use. Something for a person with zero experience can learn with ease! Not to mention the support so far has been great. Sometimes simple is better, but still get all the things you need to help run a business.

We love Ordoro! It makes our inventory management process much easier. It does help avoid overselling from multiple sales channels (like amazon, ebay and of course shopify )and save us a lot time! Also, this the company has truly great live support and we highly value this. Definitely recommend it to everybody!

I used to create packing slips and shipping labels manually. It took about 20 minutes per order. Now, using Orodoro, I'm ready to ship in in 5 minutes. I simply go to www.ordoro.com and my orders are there waiting for me. A few clicks later, I have the documentation I need to create a shipment. Ordoro is easy to use and set up, and their customer support is excellent. They really seem to care about making it a smooth customer experience. Highly recommended.

Ordoro has been the app I have been dreaming about for the last two years; the amount of time I save each week using it has left me with so much free time I literally don't know what to do with myself most days. We ship on average 100 packages a week, and this is a perfect solution to bulk processing. It takes a few days to really get the hang of how the dashboard works, and where all the components are located, but once you understand this puppy, you will save SEVERAL HOURS a week. The customer service is amazing, any time I have asked a question, I have heard back within an hour or less. Everything about this app is intuitive, and I'll continue to recommend it to all my business-owner friends.

Ordoro has completely changed the way I do business. It keeps track of my inventory, pulls in all my orders from Shopify and Amazon, and lets me quickly print out shipping labels for all my orders across all sales channels at one time. Because of Ordoro, I can market my products across as many platforms as I want without worrying about checking each one each day and creating lots of shipping labels, one label at a time. I can do so much more without having to expand my overhead with new hires. The Ordoro team is really on top of updates and feedback. They have always answered my questions quickly and completely. I frequently see new updates that I asked for. I have come to rely on Ordoro to manage my business from tracking products to fulfilling and shipping orders. Ordoro is well worth the investment.

Ordoro is great! When I was building my Shopify store, I spent a lot of time looking at the many apps available. Ordoro appealed to me because it seemed to be one of the easiest apps to incorporate different shipping companies for a new store. I also found the packing slips to be the most professional-looking and most aesthetically pleasing. After choosing Ordoro, the excellent, friendly, quick, responsive customer service is what really makes Ordoro so great. And now that they've added the auto-sync feature to import orders from Shopify, it couldn't be easier to use. Highly recommend!

We've been pleasantly surprised with the performance and service received from Ordoro. It became a part of our operation seamlessly and we've gotten amazing, personal, professional support whenever we've needed assistance. Plus, the platform is intuitive and reasonably priced. Ordoro works effortlessly with Shopify allowing us to sync products and process orders quickly along with enabling drop shipping for many of our items. The customer support team at Ordoro has also been great to work with. They are prompt and responsive and very willing to help with any questions or issues you might have. You also have the ability to talk to a real life person to better talk you through processes, setup and issues that arise. We've had a great experience with Ordoro thus far and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an inventory management system that works with Shopify.

We needed a platform that was easy to use but had great functionality for handling multiple inventories across various selling platforms, this is exactly what Ordoro does. Not only does it do this but it does it brilliantly! We trailed an account for a month and got plenty of help and support for FREE from the team at Ordoro, how best to optimise the account to get the most out of it as well as learning about all the different features. There were certain things missing but gradually over time the platform is constantly being updated and the team are always happy to take on feedback to implement new features for its new and existing customers. Even now after several months of use if we ever encounter a problem the support team are more than happy to help. We can't recommend Ordoro highly enough, such a fantastic platform.

Ordoro has made my life MUCH easier. It wasn't all smooth sailing though. Getting set up wasn't as easy as I was expecting and there were problems connecting with the free Endicia account. That being said, Ordoro support has been AMAZING. They respond very quickly and have easily resolved any problems I have had. The support made up for the setup issues.

The customer support for Ordoro really sets it apart. The team is always happy to answer our questions, no matter how numerous or repetitive. The app is also updated regularly making it more efficient each time we use it. Drop shipping would be impossible for us without it.

Ordoro has immediately become a permanent fixture in our everyday work process. It has simplified things to the point that our high school-aged interns can handle printing out shipping labels after just a few minutes of training - a process that our company's Founders used to have to spend a dozen hours per week on. I'm so glad that I'll never have to "Export to CSV" or add/remove columns in Excel EVER AGAIN. Ordoro + Shopify = Awesome.

This is a great inventory/order management system. It's intuitive and works seamlessly with Shopify. If you have any issues they have stellar customer support. You get a real person that will solve your issue quickly and not have to go back and forth with someone on email. If your looking for a great easy to use system look no further Ordoro is it.

I was looking for a solution to seamlessly integrate stock levels for my retail and wholesale websites. I tried several apps, and Ordoro was the most efficient and straightforward program to accomplish this. Importing and Integrating my products from both my websites was quick and accurate. My favorite feature is the auto-save for stock quantity adjustments. In conjunction with their easy to use layout, it literally takes me seconds to add or remove stock.

Ordoro customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Their team is readily accessible and extremely patient. Solutions to all of my issues are clearly articulated via email and customized step-by-step videos. The Ordoro platform is also constantly evolving into an even more comprehensive one-stop drop shipping solution. Can't recommend it enough.

Update: After using the service for 6 years I can tell you that this is by far the best shipping solution we have found for Shopify. The workflow is simple and intuitive, the user interface is seamless and neat, and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. I don't think we've ever had a major issue with the program, but the Ordoro team was always helpful giving us a rundown of changes after any program updates. We strongly recommend getting an Ordoro Pro account for any business with medium to heavy shipping traffic as the dropshipping and kitting options are great for large inventories. Give Ordoro a shot!!! This is a great app. It's intuitive and works seamlessly with Shopify. The biggest plus for our company is the stellar customer support. We get help instantaneously; real help, not some bored programmer, but people with their synapses firing who are patient and willing address problems and train our staff. You want your shipping program to keep inventory and talk to your shopping cart ... so the marriage between the two has to be squabble free. Shopify and Ordoro make a great couple!

Ordoro is the only backend package to bring it all together… inventory control, order processing & purchasing. It manages sets (bundles) & drop shipping across multiple websites… including Amazon & eBay. Authorize credit cards, print packing lists & shipping labels all in one smooth process, there's even a batch print feature… a daily timesaver! Ordoro seems to have all the missing features you may want to add to your Shopify store & they provide great customer service! I could call or email them and receive instant feedback. They walked us through each step of the integration before we even purchased the App. Overall, great to work with! Update: April 2017 We are still using Ordoro and absolutely love how they have grown with us and created new functionality for today's fast-moving e commerce space. I can't imaging using another system. Thanks Ordoro - your app rocks!

Ordoro has been wonderful both in function and support. Ordoro has simplified our inventory tracking and has made creating packing slips, purchase orders and shipping labels a breeze. Customer Support has been readily available and prompt in answering questions and resolving issues. Can't say enough good things about this App!
