Ordoro has been such a helpful tool in streamlining our workflow across several sales channels. Plus, our shipping rates through Ordoro are better than the discounted rates we had negotiated directly with carriers! But what really sets Ordoro apart is the exceptional customer service – super fast, super friendly.

Ordoro has been a game-changer. We were looking for a software solution to help our team manage inventory more efficiently, reduce picking times and errors, and speed up order fulfillment. In our pursuit, we discovered Ordoro, a software that catered to our unique needs. With its array of features, including bulk printing, shipping presets, automation rules, and advanced pick and pack workflows, Ordoro became our ideal partner. This synergy became most evident during peak season, when our team leveraged Ordoro’s pick lists, allowing our team to grab a hundred orders at once. This not only significantly reduced order-picking time but also bolstered accuracy, empowering our team to achieve more. However, what truly sets Ordoro apart extends beyond its features. We have a specialty coffee equipment business in Canada and have been using Ordoro for months now. Since we started, our product line and customer base have grown, bringing with it challenges in inventory management. We've been with Ordoro for many years now. They were the only solution at the time that could seamlessly integrate with a growing business with both warehouse stock and drop ship needs. Over the years, they have been flexible and partnered with us during the good times and bad. The customer support is fantastic and timely. You won't regret growing your business with Ordoro!

Best solution we've found for self-fulfillment, we do about 1500 packages a month. The pick and pack workflow is intuitive and optionally integrates a bar code scanner, which has massively reduced our error rate. There's a robust rule set on the back end to pre-determine what packages and carriers to use for each package. We also get the best UPS and USPS rates through Ordoro that we've found anywhere, so the app pays for itself. It's hard to put in words how much we LOVE Ordoro! It makes our business possible.

Ordoro is a game changer! I had been searching for an inventory management program that could sync inventory between Shopify & Etsy for over a year and a half. After trying a couple of other platforms, Ordoro was the clear winner. Very easy to use and set up, but the best part by far is their customer service. They are super quick to respond and help you in everything for getting set up to any snags you hit along the way. Worth every penny of the monthly service fee.

Ordoro has been a very easy to use platform and we're happy that it integrates with all of our marketplaces, including Shopify. It pushes inventory stock levels and shipping information on a regular basis so it's always synced.

I have multiple warehouses and multiple shipping carriers. Also feed multiple stores into the interface. Makes shipping easy and sends tracking numbers back into all my stores across shopify and ebay. Very nice application.

Ordoro is the best-paid app we use for our business. We’ve used many apps to help us with our sales on Shopify and Etsy, and Ordoro is the only one I can say REALLY works. The app is really easy to use and allows our team members to process orders at different stages. I would highly recommend Ordoro!

Where to start... Ordoro is the backbone of our business operations. We dropship a large variety of products and this inventory, shipping and dropshipping management toolkit gives us confidence to scale our business without building a very expensive information system of our own. The seamless integration between Shopify and Ordoro makes this platform a no brainer inventory management solution for Shopify users.

The app is easy to use and makes sending tracking to our customers a snap. But honestly my favorite thing about Ordoro is their customer service. They are extremely friendly and fast to respond to questions (Kristen Tan in particular). Hard to find customer service that good.

I am using Ordoro, after trying them last year for a while and than dropping them, have found them now to be a great shipping channel. I sell on my web site, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and hopefully have some sales this year on Shopify. Ordoro collects all but my web site, which I enter manually. Than I can pick between USPS (which runs via Endicia), UPS or Fedex. Whoever is cheapest gets the shipment, great for me, as some shipments are 2-3 pound some 30 pound. (I ship live plants). Very happy with Ordoro. I save more than the $25 a month fee easy in the spring, summer and fall. Wolfgang

I was having problems formatting our logo on the packing slip in Ordoro. Every time I would upload it, it would take up half the page, regardless of the size of my image. I contacted Orodoro’s support team and Inna solved the problem for me. She was very efficient and helpful and it was very appreciated! Now our packing slip looks great!

We have been using Ordoro for about one year and we LOVE it. It is easy to use, takes care of all our shipping needs, integrates seamlessly with Shopify and the support has been terrific. When you call them, a REAL person answers and that person KNOWS their product and helps! We've also saved money on shipping - a big plus for an on-line store and been able to offer shipping specials because of it. The are other shipping apps around and we looked at most of them but we chose Ordoro and are pleased we did. We recommend it! Ruth, EMVI Chocolate
