The Apple login integration was crucial for a big chunk of our iOS customer base. They tap once and they're in — no typing, no SMS wait, nothing. Combined with Facebook login for other segments, we've covered the majority of our customers' preferred sign-in methods in one app.

OTP+ replaced a clunky third-party login solution we had cobbled together. The difference in how polished the login experience feels now is night and day. Customers compliment the checkout flow regularly now, which is something I never expected to hear about a login screen.

I had a setup issue with our custom theme and the OTP modal wasn't rendering correctly. Support offered a call within a few hours of my message, screenshared with me, and had it fixed live. That level of responsiveness is what makes you stick with an app long-term.

We were worried about bot accounts and fake registrations inflating our customer list. The browser and bot detection feature in OTP+ caught a surprising number of suspicious sign-ups in the first week. The detailed logs make it easy to review and act on.

We serve a younger customer base that lives on their phones. SMS OTP login was exactly what they expected and OTP+ delivered it flawlessly. Login completion rates improved noticeably and our customers appreciate not having to deal with forgotten passwords anymore.

All I can say for now is that this was the easiest install ever! It’s so simple to navigate—clean, straightforward, and nicely designed. I just wish I could preview what it looks like right after installation to see exactly what my customers will experience. I'll be back in the next week or two for a full update.
