Our cart abandonment was brutal, and after digging into our data we realized a huge chunk of it happened at the login step. After switching to OTP+ with SMS login, that drop-off dropped significantly. Customers don't want to remember passwords — they want a code texted to them. This app gets it.

All I can say for now is that this was the easiest install ever! It’s so simple to navigate—clean, straightforward, and nicely designed. I just wish I could preview what it looks like right after installation to see exactly what my customers will experience. I'll be back in the next week or two for a full update.
