Really happy with OTP+! It's a very useful app for our Shopify store, and the support team is super responsive whenever we need assistance. Excellent service!

I asked about conditional verification based on cart value and support set it up remotely during our chat. Orders under $150 go straight through; anything above triggers Phone Verification. Checkout friction dropped noticeably on small orders, while High-value ones still get the fraud check. Exactly the balance I was looking For.

Unlimited free OTP login !— I still can't believe it. Apps this good barely exist anymore. The customer service is excellent; the support team responds and fixes things right away. Seriously, just download it. It even integrates with your customer dashboard on other platforms.

I reached out to support because the OTP widget was overlapping with a banner on our mobile layout. They didn't just tell me to adjust my CSS — they looked at my actual store, identified the conflict, and suggested a specific fix. Response came back within a few hours on a weekday afternoon. I was genuinely impressed.

Our custom theme was pushing the OTP widget below the fold on mobile and people were missing it entirely. I reached out to support expecting a generic CSS answer. Instead they pulled up our actual storefront, identified the exact div that was causing the layout shift, and sent me a three-line code snippet. Widget moved to the right spot on the first try.

We were losing UK customers at checkout because the verification code took too long to arrive. Support looked into our account settings and found we were routed through a secondary SMS gateway for European numbers. They switched it to the direct route and response times dropped from 30+ seconds to about 5. Nobody told us there were different routing options — support just found the problem and fixed it.

The app resolved two problems for me on shopify: 1. Quicker login as compared at shopify own customer login 2. OTP based login in addition to gmail or apple login If you are stuck somewhere, you can be assured of receiving prompt and meaningful responses from their helpdesk.

Good Service

I had a great experience with OTP Plus Social Login & the support team. It makes signing in quick and easy for customers, and the setup was simple. The OTP and social login options work smoothly and have definitely improved the overall shopping experience.

OTP+ replaced a clunky third-party login solution we had cobbled together. The difference in how polished the login experience feels now is night and day. Customers compliment the checkout flow regularly now, which is something I never expected to hear about a login screen.

We were worried about bot accounts and fake registrations inflating our customer list. The browser and bot detection feature in OTP+ caught a surprising number of suspicious sign-ups in the first week. The detailed logs make it easy to review and act on.

All I can say for now is that this was the easiest install ever! It’s so simple to navigate—clean, straightforward, and nicely designed. I just wish I could preview what it looks like right after installation to see exactly what my customers will experience. I'll be back in the next week or two for a full update.
