Genuinely the best deal you can ever get for your EComm brand. It has opened our eyes so much to who is ordering from us and how we can better market to them.
This app is an absolute game changer! We thought we knew who our main personas were but there were a couple huge gaps we were missing. We're seeing our FB lookalikes from these personas outperform other audiences, and our email campaigns are far more productive. We're now including all customers with large social followings into our influencer campaigns. Beyond all of the increase in performance, it is very cool and empowering to know exactly who your customers are. It ends a lot of the age old debates that marketing teams have about who the customer is... OuterSignal for the win!
