OuterSignal: See Who's Buying

Outersignal has been a solid addition to our Shopify stack. Simple, effective, and the team is super responsive. Really happy with it.

I never write review but I just have to for this. This is the COOLEST software ever. I'm learning so much about who orders our products and it's perfect as we recruit affiliates to share about our product. I know exactly the persona and can better target them.

I've been waiting for OuterSignal for literally years. We used to have VAs scrape our lists once a quarter to find people, and that was a very low % way to do what this does. I've been a user for three months already, and I just downloaded the Shopify app. It literally gives me the ability to look at my influencers who buy, celebrities who buy, and, I work in music, so DJs who buy our packs. It's led to partnership deals, people we pay for content and waitlist the content to great CPAs. We use the personas to load look-alike audiences into Meta that outperform. A time hack for small nimble Shopify DTC brands without an insights department. What would've taken months to build out our segments based on occupation and purchase behaviors took 24 hours. It's a really effective way to gain a quick and high-level depth of your customer base while also being instantly useful for paid media targeting and comms. Also loved how its integrated with Klaviyo and slack.

Amazing insights! Actually so cool to see what sorts of cool customers were hidden in our list, BUT ALSO, the app shares really cool demographical and psychographical insights on our customers. And we can even turn these into custom audiences to bring down our ads ROAS!
