No support! No service! Sometimes people forget that the best advertising is word of mouth! Also, after this review they asked us to change it and modify it! Good or bad Outvio must accept the opinion and try to improve services! Speaking as the owners of truth is not what a client wants to hear!

From the beginning, we clearly explained that the issue you encountered was due to a Shopify store configuration, something Shopify themselves later confirmed. It’s unfortunate that, despite our consistent support, you’ve chosen to leave a review stating “No support! No service!”—a claim that simply doesn’t reflect the reality. You used Outvio for nearly two years without issues, and now blame us for a problem caused during your migration to Shopify. An issue that, as explained, had nothing to do with Outvio, but rather with how your Shopify environment was configured.
