We have used Ownbase on one of our other stores and the functionality and support has been outstanding. They implemented a couple of custom features for us and it works really reliably.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. They charge you for months after you cancel
It's unfortunate that you left a dishonest App review. You installed our App on 23 Sep, and uninstalled on 29 Oct which is after the 30-day free trial period has ended. We use Shopify Billing, so all the App charges are managed directly by Shopify. Since you have exceeded the free trial, Shopify automatically made the App charge for your shop for 1 month. When you reached out to us to ask for refund, you were very disrespectful in your message. But despite that, we politely provided a full refund for you in a prompt manner, since you have only exceeded the free trial by a few days. I'm not sure how we could handle the situation better than what we have done. We just hope you could be more considerate in your action.

Would you mind sharing more details if there are certain functionalities that you would need? We have tried to reach out to you, but did not receive any response. If you reach out to our Support, we'll be more than happy to address your feedback and request. There are many requests and customizations that we have implemented for our users. So it would be great if you can respond and share with us more details on this.
